In the past, we had a Report a Bug link on every page. Unfortunately, many people would submit things that weren’t valuable to us, such as being stuck at a puzzle in the game, or a common issue that could be worked around easily.
To reduce the clutter of our inboxes and to help as many people as possible, we introduced this Knowledge Base, and we now insist that you search for your problem first before submitting a bug.
Once the results of your search are displayed, if you can’t find the answer to your question, there is a link below to submit a bug. Additionally, every page in the Knowledge Base has this form (even this one!) right below the answer.
