The real question is: who had enough BP to do that? Definitely not the new wave of players, who are school kids essentially. Either one of the wealthy old players who have proved generous enough before (think scully), or one of the mods who don’t need BP to do that sort of stuff. I really doubt even scully would spend ~$50 on such an agonizing community, which leaves only one option. ET, JB and Nicco don’t care. Cid and Aldo probably wouldn’t spend money. Spacey isn’t too good with Photoshop. Ricket is too lazy. I’ll let you deduce from there.

But since most of us do not <C>, this whole logical exercise doesn’t make much sense anyway.

I think you are leaving out two factors here. 1) the person may hate Star trek and have been motivated to erase all those very special Star Trek avatars. 2) only one person has ever done anything on this scale before and that person is fine upstanding member of society.

Ergo, fine upstanding member of society hates Star Trek for drawing attention away from the superior Muppets in Space.
