For those who haven’t heard, Sergeant Cid was recently involved in a terrible accident where he fell of his bike (it was a girl’s bike), hit his head, and as a result lost all the skin on his chin.

Well, as it turns out, Jalapeno Bootyhole made the decision to donate a portion of his scrotal skin to be grafted to Cid’s face when the attending physician informed him that because of the amount of time his balls have spent on Cid’s chin, Cid’s chin has grown used to them and that this procedure was the least likely to end in rejection of the new tissue.
