If you don’t already have a good idea of what you’d want tattooed on your neck, you shouldn’t be getting a tattoo. Asking people on the internet for ideas will only lead to terrible irreversible regret. Once you think you’ve decided what you want tattooed there, I’d wait at least a few years and really think about it. That’s not going to be easily covered.
