I suffer from rhinitis (vasomotor type if you’re wondering) so every time there’s a sudden temperature change I sneeze endlessly. And that happens constantly where I live so I’m constantly sick.

I also suffer from acid reflux disease, so I have to sleep with at least 3 pillows or else I’m prone to choke in my own stomach acid. That’s why I try to not sleep, it doesn’t seem to affect me if I’m not straight lying down.
