Most of the hints on Jadusable’s youtube channel are encoded in caesarian shift ciphers, I think the garbled ingame text is just that, gibberish. I haven’t played Majora’s Mask as much I’ve played other Zelda titles but I can make up some quotes that are usually quotes that already exist in the game.
