Actually it’s because there’s limitations on what routes and countries the texting service could send to depending on which one the texting service is using. Most likely the one TUBS found (if he has found one) is only avaliable to send to Canada/America.

“But couldn’t they just get a Brazil route as well?”; I suppose, but that not only costs more money you also have to think about the limitations for that area, e.g. there might be some texting service conditions which only let you send a certain ammount of texts a week or you’re not allowed to charge them for texts or something.

It’s also likely that the service isn’t available on the site since it’s (most likely) whitelabeled from another internet texting service.
