Still without Internet, this is what happened so far:

Yesterday they sent a Repairman, while he was looking for the problem he apparently ‘fixed’ our phone line. He later found out that our cable was broken (which went from the downstairs splitter to upstairs to the router), okay, so we moved the router from upstairs to downstairs to directly next to the splitter.

Worked for a few hours, then we found out that it again wasnt working, so i gave my provider another call today & as it turns out that the Repairman broke our Internet connection through messing with our Phone box. (they can measure the connection remotely)

Can’t really complain though, they’re sending us 30 Bucks and another Repairman, let’s just hope that it all works by tonight
