Perhaps if EVERYONE was a mod (and any mod could then ban any mod). It would be the bumured mutual destruction scenario. Everyone would be afraid to break the rules for fear of being banned which would inevitably lead to multiple bans which would, without doubt, lead to total banning on both sides of the issue. No one wants that so everyone would play by the rules and no one would ever be (or even need to be) banned again. It’s perfect!
