PcP I increase the number of ~’s a few at a time until they cause an h-scroll. Mods usually let me get away with the h-scroll sig until it gets to be about twice the width of a normal non-widescreen (read: poor person’s) monitor. Then it gets deleted. The destruction and rebuilding of the amazing h-scroll sig is a scientific experiment that is meant to conclusively answer the question of how much of an h-scroll the mods are willing to put up with, or, more succinctly, “how far is too far?”
