Should not be. Move them to CD. If they are in RP, they shouldn’t be treated any differently than other RP threads. Sticky threads by mods should just be locked. Having different rules for sticky threads is the most counter-intuitive, bum-backwards ridiculous thing imaginable. Remember how flamebait was changed to make it all obvious what’s in CD and what’s RP? Kind of defeats the purpose. (And don’t tell me ET still hasn’t figured how to make threads lock or whatever because at this point by now that’s pretty very special)
