It occurs that rather a lot of the INCIT leaderboard would evaporate if the current, constantly changing, rules for INCIT were applied.
Resolved: That the following, currently in force, INCIT rules be applied retroactively:
and that the rules be extended further:
This seems the only fair thing to do for all concerned. |
