The thing is Inertia, many people have optimal builds right now with optimal equipment and as such they would get 3 Lemon every time as long as they don’t majorly **** up. You can’t really have 3 Lemon out of reach of them excepting something like “must gett upper limit of random attack damage”

But I do agree that the ranges for the Lemon should be spread out further upwards and downwards. We could stand to lose a bit of our breathing space and make it possible to get in between 0 and 3 Scoops as the current ranges are fairly narrow.
