imo here’s a fix for DQing: votes for DQ’d subs only count 50% (not 0 like it is now, not 100% since no one would vote then). Keep the “DQ subs can’t win scoops” aspect though.

This way, if someone gets an overwhelming majority, they’ll still win Log in to see images!
