Definitely some kind of removal system – I don’t have a time anywhere on the board for Video Game Cheaters, which I bumume is because I’ve been grinding on Hall of Faded Fame for ages (NB I have definitely pwned Video Game Cheaters in the past, just to pre-empt the question).

Lemons are being fixed because the system was unfair, awarding peens for the leaderboards would be doubly unfair. Given that the leaderboards are also time-limited it would be monstrously unfair to hand out peens for topping them.
