Fair would be no double medals at all. Given how slowly the top end of the medal table has been rising this season, allowing a player to jump from 6 to 12, possibly giving them a peen for 3 weeks of effort whilst players have been floundering on 8, 9, 10, 11 medals for months, is not a good thing.
