Well, a lot of it depends on what you’re eating and how active you are.

Then again, 6 hours is just for the “average adult”, so perhaps you’re one of the extreme cases who can do with less sleep.

On a semi-related note, the lack of sleep is sometimes p good, it lets me do some things that I may of missed or pushed to tomorrow.
