Many players don’t know about raiding, and getting them to join klan raids is a lot of work. Also with secret forums being hidden, people aren’t checking klan forums much anymore. I think the following improvements will make organizing klan raids much easier and bring more enjoyment to the game:

1. Schedule raids

An officer can schedule a raid 3 days beforehand. During that time klan members can reserve their places in the raid. Within 30 minutes before the raid takes place they can confirm their places. When the raid starts all members who have confirmed their places will be automatically included. If there are still slots available, other members can join.

2. Display raid countdown on homepage

If there’s a scheduled raid, all klan members can see it on their home pages. The countdown should be displayed so everyone can get ready for it.
