Well, the mbumive initial downvoting to eliminate the competition is also very annoying, and it needs some tweaks as well. If this system were to be implemented, i feel that a -30% rating would be the new thresh hold for eliminated entries.

With the lack of entries in itembuildr, why eliminate entries at all?
