On that statistics page, under Objects >> Coke Factories… you can see who’s got their own factory. You can either send those people a mail hoping they have space available, or you can enter the forum (listed under City) and ask in the appropriate thread to be hired. As long as you’re active, you should be able to find a factory to work for easily enough.

I’ve got my own factory, but to keep out of the gray area, I’m going to refrain from hiring any FWZ contestants, as I’d profit off you.
