Also you can’t compare TPB to Google or YouTube for the simple reason that TPB did obviously focus on illegal content – trying to hide that is ridiculous. I can bumure you noone will ever win a lawsuit against Google or anyone else, this case doesn’t change a thing.

Sure, everyone knows they specifically focussed on illegal content. This however doesn’t mean they should all of a sudden change the rules and say: ok, you found a loophole, but we are punishing you anyway. That’s just as ridiculous as getting banned on fwz for some rule that wasn’t even invented until you posted what you did.

What they SHOULD have done, is clear them, make new rules and fix the loophole, but they know this is absolutely impossible.
