Comparing the two pictures, independent of their context and the history of the people that posted them, and I can see where there is some disagreement.

But there is far more to the situation than that. One is an intentional ‘F*** YOU’, the other was not intended as CP.

Personally, I’d rather err on the side of caution in regards to pictures of children (I’m not personally happy about the picture used for one of the ItemBuildr items), and this particular picture was discussed in the Mod forum. The general consensus was that it was not a sexualized picture of a nude minor, and therefore, didn’t step over the line.

As far as an official stance, I’ll leave that to the higher-ups.
