well i let myself get to a comfortable place in terms of self. the padding i have means that no chair is uncomfortable to sit in and i am little enough over the weight that is considered right for my height that it doesn’t impinge upon exercise and movement. a lot of what you see on the calves in the long shot pic is actually muscle because i walk to 60% of the places i go and i bike a lot. i just have a physiology where the excess gets tossed on my thighs, hips and waist. it’s something that i accept and acknowledge. I’m not going to do myself permanent harm trying to force my body to an ideal which i know i cannot safely reach.
