The city of Boston was shut down for an entire day over something that vaguely-kinda-sorta-but-not-really looked like a bomb. Here, we’re talking about realistic body props, hidden in order to be well concealed, but in a way that they’re intended to be found.

Seriously, Resident Evil 5 is just surrounded by poor judgment. Controls designed around two-player co-op, racially insensitive images in the Marshlands chapters, and now whatever ad agency ‘genius’ cooked up this stunt.

With that said, I also wonder what London’s law enforcement thought of this entire story.

This would be interesting to know, as well. I’m sure they were fully aware of the event, but if I were in charge…I wouldn’t have allowed this, simply based on the idea that somebody might find one of these things in two months, think it’s real, and cause a small panic.
