Don’t you remember? They got rid of bug reports and replaced it with the knowledge base. Personally I think that’s a mistake and it would be better if they kept them both…

The knowledgebase is there to answer frequently asked questions, and has helped a TON in reducing the number of “bugs” which are reported. If the issue isn’t in there, then the option to submit a bug report is available.
