Obviously when they have got enough submissions. Noone else has got the E-Peen so far, so you don’t need to worry that you were left out.
Latest they start sorting out according to OP is in 8 days, so you can expect to wait at least 2 weeks (sure as hell takes forever to go through all the entries and reward the submitters).
