My suggestions:

– Every time you post a dragin, flamebate doubles your post limit time.

– wordfilter dragcave to something lulzy like the swear words do when you’re logged out. Break links and such.

– purchaseable custom forums (klan subforums or something?)

– moderation rights to klan forum officers

Of course, nothing will help if the community is a brainless mbum of stupid people spamming dragons everywhere. Only you, the poster, can improve this place by not being a spamming moron.
