I think the main difference is that it now makes more tactical sense to buy bumholes. Previously the guy who nailed Moon Child for 60 would have used up 40 of his own, now that 40 = 100 damage. It never made much sense to go heavy bumhole in previous weeks unless you were going pure destruction, now you can use just 20 or 30 scoops to inflict some real damage on someone.

It also serves as a method to “interrupt” another player without wasting your visits.
