I guess my code of ethics is different than everybody else’s. I don’t see these actions as “wrong,” personally. It didn’t hurt anybody, and nothing was occurring that anyone else couldn’t have done. The actions themselves didn’t even require any special knowledge to do, so it’s not like it was a buffer overflow or anything.

Perhaps the system should not have been released prior to completion and without proper testing
