All scoop effecting cards do double the power

bumhole takes twelve, destroyer takes two from same flav.

as such Modest improvements also give 4 scoops (2 two the two flavs of choice)

Bankrupt!

Cards only cost 2 or 3 scoops. but after Sunday, you will no longer be able to purchase them.

Chocolate Rain

Receive 2 chocolate scoops for winning a round of INCIT

Receive a chocolate scoop for getting 3 upvotes in ForumBuildr (Opposed to 5)

OR it could just be like golden showers only with chocolate scoops.

Ill give more later.
