Some people have peens that cannot be aqcuired any more. Those peens should be the ones that scale according to the overall amount of persons with a particular peen.

What I mean is that if someeone has every peen CURRENTLY available, they should still be at max length. Someone who does NOT have evey peen currently available, but some that are NOT available, could still achieve max length if the numbers were juggled.

Either that, or mabye add a “Girth” measurment to account for One time only E peens or Peens that cannot be obtained anymore.

Length isn’t everything. I mean, mine looks like a soupcan.
