People worshipped deities because they didn’t have science to prove it. Many of the Greek, Norse, and Egyptian gods are based off of things that can be explained by science nowadays. The Native Americans were no different. They had things that ‘explained’ why the sun went up, or the moon was so bright, or why people fought… different things. Right now you’re coming across as a huge retard.

im down with science and not worshiping moon gods and all that, but when someone says “god is a plot by the oligarchy to control the proletariat!!” it’d be nice if he’d actually back up his claims
