If by beating you mean getting to the end of episode 2 then yes.bumuming that you have gotten access to that mission it’s really not that difficult to beat it with a level 21. It will cost you a decent amount of synthols to do it but it’s not that difficult especially as a hacker.

That being said with that forum getting nerfed in terms of cred reward it’s a better strategy to powerlevel off of second wife or dykea runs now.

However if you mean actually beating the boss thread then no you can’t do it regardless of offense or ego. Perhaps a emo with 140+ offense might be able to do it but I think it’s currently impossible to get to that sort of offense with a emo.
