My setup involves having only the Finger Implant. Why, you ask? 100 PP is just enough to lay waste to a few threads at lower levels, while taking out the entire forum without items at higher levels. Also, 100 PP is just enough to get filled up by either the +90 PP item, or the more expensive +100 PP +45 Ego Powerthirst. At lower levels, Powerthirst can save you from a hit you don’t want to take, if you can afford it.
