No, clocks were turned back one hour. If the internal timer was left unadjusted it will hit the normal 9 PM server time at 8 PM server time. (If that doesn’t make sense, pretend that clocks haven’t been adjusted yet, but will be adjusted at 1 minute before normal end time. 8:59 hits, clock turns back an hour, 1 minute pbumes, round ends as scheduled though the clock reflects an hour earlier.)
