I havent read through all of this thread yet, but I do have a suggestion regarding MOAR files that may also help with the flezz issue.
Since (I think) some of the .moar files drop off lower level forums, why not create a “job board” like shop where folks with flezz to burn can offer to buy .moar files from other players. Maybe an auction like site, where players post .moar files for sale. |
