Exactly. The illegal enhancements section doesn’t mention e-peen at all. Why should buying an illegal enhancement block e-peen in the first place? Shouldn’t it just block the e-peen that can be acquired by using the cheat?

Which would be almost all E-peens, including the one your trying to get.
