You only get scoops if you dominate EXACTLY 4 forums, NOT multiples of 4. So once you hold 4, you’ll need to wait until you drop to 3 and then claim another forum to get [more] scoops.

In the same number of visits it takes you to dominate 8 forums (i.e. 8, obviously) you can get 40 scoops by going back and forth between 3 and 4 forums. This is do-able even during a relatively busy time, if you pick your forums right, whereas dominating 8 at once can really only be done when it’s dead around here.
