Okay, as an avid reader I have to say I have read this theory too. As a female, I must say the answer is because we can give guys titty twisters and if they retaliate we hold out for a month so they know better, this is like getting kicked in the nuts, you can’t do that to us but oh boy, if we have PMS and we get ****ed off, ALL MALES WILL PAY!
