There is a limiting factor – since attack cards are a quarter the price, there may not actually be any cards to steal (unless you happen to be in a bracket with klan raiders Log in to see images! ) – you could end up with 30 thiefs in your deck and nothing to do with them.

That 5/14th of a card is going to be an attack card (removing more scoops from play) or a card you’ll want to burn to get it out of the way (or a shield to try and protect your very vulnerable earnings)

1.018 return per card means you’ll need to play 56 cards to earn a single extra scoop on average, of which 20 or so would need to be thiefs.

I’m not totally sure that any changes are necessary…
