Depends what it is. If it’s an important task that stressing me, put on some music and focus to get it done. If it’s some kinda spur of the moment thing, like getting mugged or something completely unexpected and unprepared for, just try and deal with it the best I can at the time and reflect about how I could of done better afterwards (bumuming I’m alive.) If it’s someone being a male reproductive organ or something social, confront them and get it resolved. If it’s grief, deal with it repsonsibly.

Oh, and all of these were over and above smoking weed. Weed is just a given. Weed applies to all situations!
