Fu Yung Egg (My cooking instructor calls it that because she hates pig disgusting Americanized chinese restaurant version. The fried kind, with the gravy. ****ing ew. This **** is different.)
INGREDIENTS: *2 tomatoes *6 eggs *4 table spoons oil *1 tsp salt *1/2 tsp honey
Peel and chop the tomatoes, and mix with the 1/2 tsp honey. Than heat the oil in a wok (or sauce pan, 美洲猪狗) on high heat. Add the tomatoes and honey, and cook until it becomes thick, like ketchup. Than turn it down to medium heat, and add the eggs with the salt (Mix them together beforehand). Than just cook it until it resemble scrambled eggs. ****’s delicious, and doesn’t cost a whole lot to make. |
