This is effective because we just have too many cards to destroy scoops but none to destroy cards.

At the moment the destroyer card is a bit underpowered, as the thief card does the same destruction and even give you a scoop in return.

How about changing the destroyer card into a card-destructing type?

The Destroyer: By playing this card you can remove a single scoop card of the flava of your choice from any player on your scoreboard.

Actually, it would have to be a random card from the player of your choice. Unless combined with the Peeping Tom, of course.

Speaking of the Peeping Tom, it’s also quite underpowered. What if it was replaced with a “Spy Camera”, or something like that, which once used allows you to look at that player’s cards for the rest of the round?
