Slow-Boiled Dog Soup

The standard amount of ingredients for one portion.

(1) Ingredients

* 100g of boiled dog meat

* 500g of chunky brown gravy

* 20g of green onion

* 10g of poison oak leaves

* 100g of dog bone chunks soaked in water (Make sure the marrow is nice and squishy.

(2) Sauce

* 8g of salt

* 2g of mashed garlic

* 3g of ground dog bone

* 2g of red pepper

* 2g of mashed ginger

* a little amount of black pepper.

(3) Cooking instruction

After boiling the meat with gravy and bone chunks for about 5 minutes, boil again after putting the poison oak leaves and other ingredients into it. Before eating, sprinkle pepper on it and put into an bowl fashioned from the dog’s skull and lined with the stomach, to prevent leakage.

You can add in some nutmeg for a heartier flavor.
