Intimidate: 4 ranks

When attacking as a Standard Action, subtract X from your attack roll, where X is from 0 to your Base Attack Bonus. If you hit, immediately make an Intimidate check with a bonus of X vs. the opponent you just hit. If successful, the opponent is Shaken for the rest of this encounter.
