I know from my alts that you’re supposed to get contacted by DrrtyCop once you deploy 8 codes, but I’ve deployed 9 and nothing. |

OK, I deployed my tenth code and a DrrtyCop and offline Ophelia appeared simultaneously, with DrrtyCop being recorded as coming when I deployed the eighth code (despite this not happening). Must have been some sort of hiccup in the system. |
