I had a style with 85+ -75 and got like 2 scoops.

I don’t really care but for people that do this is needed.

maybe do like this, while same time upping cutoff for chocolate scoop, say 10 upvotes = chocolate scoop instead of 5

Any increase in bad ideas would affect your buildr score, though, wouldn’t it? So it would fix itself eventually.

Now, this could either: increase the number of good ideas in the pool, or increase the number of bad ideas in the pool.

An easy fix would be making it scale according to how many submissions you sent. The more submissions you receive, more votes you need to earn a scoop.

Something along the lines of:

1~3 Sub = 1 scoop per 5 votes

3~5 Subs = 1 scoop per 10 votes

Etcetera. It’s just a basic idea, but I guess it’s not hard to understand. And tune accordingly, I know the example I posted is not the best one but I’m pretty sure CZ can tune it well.

While I like this idea, in spirit, it means that chocolate scoops are only available once a week, which doesn’t really help domination at all. And that’s a bad thing. It also heavily encourages klan voting. And that’s a bad thing (or so I’m told).

If chocolate scoops are given at the last minute of domination, then forumbuildr times have to change as well, since you can’t determine the total percentage of a vote until the vote is over.

And I am pretty sure that the CZs haven’t automated forum-making yet. Granted, I could be terribly wrong and this could be a simple change, but it’s also a case of “too much, too quick” with people rushing to start new-round raids and people starting new-round submissions.
