When you add one point of Frugality the savings are very modest.

All prices are rounded, so a Happidex that was 4 will still be 4 after one point of frugality. However SmilePrin XR XR will go from 177 to 172.

Smileprin XR was 70, and it’s still 70. Or at least it was. Now it seems to be 67. It was definitely still 70 after I got the upgrade that put my frugality at 4 though.

Wish I would have known it did next to nothing before I bought a few upgrades of it… Is there any specific reason why it does that little?

No there is no specific reason. In fact looking at it now I’m surprised we never thought to make it stronger. The reward is too little.

You know, I didn’t want to get in the habit of changing the balance of the game before we have a lot more stats, but this is one case where I think it’s justified. I’ve just made frugality more powerful, the effects should be obvious immediately. Thanks for the feedback.

Mine’s at 4… I think smileprin XR used to be 70 and now it’s 55, so a 21.5% drop or so.

Certainly would have been nice to have that before I bought 1 too few smileprin XR to XSS the KKK. Log in to see images!

I kind of want the luck stat to remain mysterious. I promise you there are actual benefits to having it, both now and in future updates.

I always figured it had something to do with the randomness of the damage you deal and take, since it does tend to vary, along with the chance of getting hit for 0.
