There was this Tibetan singer, Dadawa. Kind of a new-agey techno idea like a low-budget cross between Deep Forest and Enya, but much much worse than you are imagining right now. I bought that CD and listened to it a LOT in the first month… then put it away and forgot about it. Pulled it out a few months later and listened again, and was appalled at how horrible it was.
So glad I never played it for any of my friends. They’d never have let me live it down. |
