The bumhole card & Targeting Tied Players

First, I’m bumuming that the ‘bug’ that was allegedly allowing bumholes to be used against players that were not in the lead was either a myth or fixed.
However, what criteria determines which player is targeted by an bumhole card if more than one player are tied for Most Scoops at that time? |

I’d be interested to know this as well. There were 3 or 4 players tied for the lead in min scoops in my round, and I got bumholed at the last second. |
